Hi, I’m Martina Zinnah, Licensed Counselor in New Jersey. I created 52 Weeks Therapy as a safe space for individuals, couples, and families to heal and thrive — one week at a time.
I specialize in helping women navigate motherhood, couples improve communication, and families find balance.
Before I started with 52 Weeks Therapy, I felt stuck — overwhelmed by anxiety and unsure of how to move forward. Over time, the sessions became a safe place for me to explore my thoughts, heal from past trauma, and build real coping skills. Today I feel more confident, centered, and hopeful about my future.
